I know, initially we were going to do these a couple months ago after the first free class, but we decided to wait until after the holiday craziness - I think we all agree that was a good plan. Another perk of waiting is now it makes a perfect gift for those in your life who would LOVE to learn more about photography!
Like always we will have 6 classes - 1 class per week from January 14th - February 18th. Also, it isn't required to all the classes in order to register for specific sessions, but it is recommended since they all build on top of each other. So feel free to sign up for any or all as you desire.
It's always a party, and I can promise you one thing for sure - you will never take any classes as helpful and hands on as these. Those who have taken other workshops/classes are always amazed how much more they learned/understood in ours.
So call today and get signed up before the seat are all full (we keep the classes small in order to allow for more personal help). I look forward to seeing you then!

Free Photography Workshop!
Yes that's right! We will be hosting a FREE basic photography workshop on
Wednesday November 12th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm
(time may vary slightly based on questions from the attendees).
Due to space, and because we like to keep the numbers small to better service your learning, you MUST pre-register for this event by calling (801-576-9990) or emailing (horrocksphoto@gmail.com).
This will, of course, lead in to our Annual Workshops. Those dates are still being finalized so keep your eyes peeled for that announcement. The main objective of this free course will be learning the basics of your camera - how to shoot on something other than the "Auto" settings.
This will be our first year offering this course for free - in the past it was the first part of our normal workshops. After years of teaching them I've decided that this portion would be fun to do for free so that more people can feel comfortable with their cameras. One of the most common things people say when talking to me about photography is how they wish they could use the nice camera they bought. WE ARE HERE TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN!! :)
So please, join us November 12th for good times, and good info! See you there!

The Fotoshops 2013
*We just realized we had goofed the first two dates. The classes will be on Thursdays, and we had put dates that were Fridays for the 'Know your camera' and 'Composition, Lighting, and Posing'. The dates have been corrected now. The dates will be Thursdays April 11th, 18th, 25th, May 2nd, May 9th, and May 16th.*
It's time again for the spring edition of our semi-annual photography workshops!
Our workshops run consecutively every Thursday starting April 11th - May 16th. They are designed to teach and enlighten photographers at any level. We promise you will come away from each class feeling much more confident in your ability to take great photos. Give us a call and reserve your spot before they are all full - we try and keep our classes small so you can have more personal attention.
We look forward to seeing you there!
*March Giveaway Update*
For our March giveaway we are giving away 2 spots for all 6 classes!
